AyDE is a complete tool and easy to manage information and workflows.

Workflows

Design flow Ayde allows the design workflow, through a diagram and a simple interface. The design for each task, covering sections: Tasks, Forms, Response, Notifications and duration.

Control workflows
The workflows can be reassigned to another user or cancelled by the user Manager Ayde. This will allow give continuity to workflows in the event of a contingency.

Monitor

Ayde has a user authentication scheme based on username and password only, additionally can be configured to integrate with the Oracle Internet Directory

The user keys are encrypted in the database through algorithms that make it impossible that they are decrypted. While establishing connectivity between the browser and server applications, the password is encrypted using a public key that is generated at random for each meeting which is set for Ayde, making it virtually impossible for your password is decrypt while traveling by the network.

Storage of documents
The documents are generated and integrated into Ayde are stored in the Oracle database.

Electronic signatures of documents and metadata
Ayde supports authenticating users through digital certificates (feature provided by Oracle Application Server)
